Key Responsibilities: .

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential export markets and target customer segments.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to develop effective marketing strategies.

Business Development:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.

• Identify and establish relationships with potential distributors, importers, and retailers.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable terms and conditions.

Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote our products in international markets.

• Create compelling marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations, and digital content.

• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure long-term partnerships.

  Export Documentation and Logistics:

• Oversee export documentation processes, including customs clearance, shipping, and export licenses.

• Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance metrics.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Provide timely reports to management on the progress of export operations.

Desired Candidte :-

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export Documentation.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Willingness to travel internationally.
