Exponential Engineering - Tech Manager Q4-26

Job Description:

• Lead multiple Exponential Pods to deliver AI accelerated software with speed and quality
• Own delivery outcomes refine agentic workflows and mentor teams in AI native engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery across Pods using Agentic Software workflows
• Review and fine tune agent workflows for quality velocity and reliability
• Define and monitor engineering metrics velocity quality agent performance
• Estimate effort size workstreams and support proposal creation
• Solve delivery bottlenecks and guide teams through ambiguity
• Coach engineers and architects on agentic development practices

Technical Requirements:

• Required Skills
• Delivery Leadership Experience managing software delivery across distributed teams
• Agentic AI Familiarity Exposure to AI Coding tools such as Copilot Claude Cursor Devin or any similar tools
• Engineering Metrics Ability to define and track delivery KPIs in AI augmented environments
• Problem Solving Strong analytical skills and decision making in complex delivery scenarios
• Client Engagement Comfortable in client facing roles translating tech into business impact

Additional Responsibilities:

• Nice to Have
• Experience with vector databases semantic search or multi agent orchestration
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning or cognitive architectures
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills
