Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking an
Expert UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team for a 12-month engagement in India/Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual design principles and will work collaboratively with various teams to implement cutting-edge design solutions. This role requires proficiency in UX collaboration tools and a proven ability to craft user-centered designs that align with strategic brand initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Global Marketing / Branding team to ensure UI/UX designs align with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Development teams to define a cohesive design vision.
- Gather user requirements in partnership with Product Managers.
- Create and present storyboards, sitemaps, and process flows.
- Lead workshops to conceptualize designs and identify improvements.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Present concepts to stakeholders and implement feedback.
- Participate in UX testing and analyze results for design refinement.
- Stay updated on UX trends and usability standards.
- Troubleshoot UX/UI issues related to responsiveness and accessibility.
- Utilize UX collaboration tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Showcase experience in mobile and responsive web design.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate UI/UX design.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles: typography, iconography, color theory, layout.
- Proficiency in UX collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience designing for mobile (Android, iOS) and responsive web platforms.
- Demonstrable portfolio highlighting UX principles and best practices.
Nice to Have:
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience in animation, video editing, or storyboarding.
Other Details:
This is a full-time role based in India/Noida, starting on December 1, 2025. The position requires a commitment of 45 hours per week, with three days a week spent in the DSV office. The engagement is for a period of 12 months.
