We are looking for a skilled Magento Developer to join our team and play a key role in building, customizing, and maintaining e-commerce websites on the Magento platform. You will collaborate with designers, front-end developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing online stores that provide an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Create and customize Magento themes, templates, and modules to meet business and user experience requirements.
• Build and integrate custom extensions and functionality into Magento.
• Manage and optimize Magento databases for efficiency, speed, and reliability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, code inefficiencies, and technical issues.
• Integrate third-party systems, payment gateways, shipping providers, and APIs with Magento.
• Apply patches, perform version upgrades, and ensure Magento platforms/extensions are up to date.
• Implement best practices in security to protect customer data and prevent vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals.
• Write and maintain detailed technical documentation for code, customizations, and configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Magento Developer with a strong portfolio of e-commerce projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Magento architecture, customization, and extension/module development.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development practices.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of caching, performance optimization, and SEO best practices for e-commerce.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
