We are seeking experienced Medical Coders to join our team. The ideal candidates need to have 1-10 years of experience in the medical coding field and will be responsible for accurately coding medical diagnoses and procedures to ensure proper billing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records for accuracy and completeness.
• Assign appropriate codes for diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify any discrepancies in documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding standards and regulations.
• Participate in coding audits and quality assurance processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCA) will be added advantage.
