Job Description

As a Business Development Manager responsible for Inside Sales, your primary responsibility will be to generate convert leads into sales. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with potential clients. Your focus will be on identifying and pursuing leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Qualification: Evaluate prospects to determine their suitability for our products/services, understanding their needs, pain points, and requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders through effective communication on mobile/email , meetings, presentations, and demonstrations of our products/services.
  • Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques, negotiation skills, and consultative selling strategies to convert prospects into customers. Maintain a high level of sales activity, including follow-ups, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and efficient progress toward sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, provide feedback on lead generation campaigns, and contribute to the development of effective sales materials.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
