Job Description

Sound knowledge on Fares and geography to process manual refund in GDS.
Must have knowledge of Refunds, Fares & pricing.
Travel certification is required.
Ensuring timely deliverables in terms of output and adherence of the metrics for refund processing and meeting goals.
Maintaining high accuracy, productivity standards and should have willingness to learn and have a good understanding on fares
Maintaining high accuracy, productivity standards and should have willingness to learn.
Will have Interaction with clients through email for query resolution and should build and maintain good working Relationships with customers.
