Sales Promotion

  • Actively promote and sell vehicle loan products to individual customers and business entities to drive business growth.

Customer Financial Assessment

  • Assess customers financial profiles to recommend appropriate and tailored vehicle loan solutions.

Loan Application Assistance

  • Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring the accurate collection and verification of all required documentation.

Partner Coordination

  • Collaborate with dealership partners and automotive vendors to facilitate smooth loan processing and vehicle purchases.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on loan applications and promptly resolve any queries.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management team.

Compliance Adherence

  • Ensure all loan processes comply with lending regulations, internal policies, and documentation standards.

Reporting and Forecasting

  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.

Market and Product Knowledge

  • Continuously stay updated on vehicle loan products, market trends, and competitor offerings to offer relevant solutions.

Loan Processing Coordination

  • Work closely with underwriters and loan processors to expedite the loan approval and disbursement process.
