IT Technical Support Roles And Responsibilities
- Desktop, Laptop hardware setup including assembling troubleshooting.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Operating system, all types of applications, drivers, and necessary updates.
- Handling Service Desk Management for trouble tickets and Service Desk Requests.
- LAN Configuration & Troubleshooting.
- Local printer installation & sharing, Network printer installation.
- Microsoft Outlook Configuration.
- Remote support.
- Basic knowledge of Networking.
IT Technical Support Requirements
- Previous working experience in IT support for 1 year.
