# Manage component obsolescence by identifying Obsolete and End of Life components and finding suitable replacements or alternate versions.
# Source and onboard new vendors while effectively managing and maintaining relationships with existing vendors to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
# Implement continuous improvement practices to reduce Bill of Materials (BOM) costs and enhance part quality and reliability.
# Actively participate in design review processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sourcing considerations into product design.
# Utilize Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) to assess and enhance component quality.
# Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal and written), problem-solving abilities, and negotiation skills.
# Be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting.
3 Preferably have a background in Electronics and prior experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) or manufacturing industries.
# Possess prior knowledge of designing software, such as 3D modeling or PCB design (preferred).
