Executive / Sr. Executive - Maintenance

1. Attend & resolve Mechanical & electrical breakdowns independently in any shift
2. Experience in hydraulic, Mechanical & Hydraulic-Pneumatic Presses, Electrical & PLC, Polishing machine, CNC & SPM, assly conveyors, Electric & gas fired Burner.
3. Knowledge of SAP (PM & Purchase module)
4. TPM (5S, JH & PM Piller)
5. Knowledge of Kaizen, MTTR, MTBF, Consumption details & Corrective - Preventive actions
6. Update KPI & audit related documents
7. Computer skills - Excel, Power point, Word.Auto CAD
7. Knowledge of Preventive maintenance, Plan & AMC scheduling
8. Knowledge of machine commitioning, Erection & Asset handover compliances
9. Knowledge of MSEB power related terms & Solar power generation
10. Knowledge of critical spares & stock maintain in engineering store.
