Job Summary:

The Human Resources Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and coordinating

training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement across the

organization. This role works closely with department heads and HR leadership to assess training

needs, design effective learning experiences, and ensure compliance with company policies and

regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, skilled facilitator, and

passionate about employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver training programs on a variety of HR-related topics such as

onboarding, compliance, workplace ethics, diversity & inclusion, leadership

development, and soft skills.

Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and learning opportunities across

departments.

Collaborate with HR and department leaders to create tailored training solutions aligned

with business goals.

Organize and lead new hire orientation and onboarding sessions to ensure smooth

integration into the company culture.

Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and

performance metrics.

Maintain and update training materials to reflect current policies, procedures, and best

practices.

Ensure all mandatory compliance training (e.g., anti-harassment, safety and data

protection) is completed and documented.

Use a variety of training methods (in-person, virtual, e-learning, workshops) to meet

diverse learning styles.

Maintain accurate records of training participation, certifications, and learning outcomes.

Stay current with industry trends and innovations in learning and development.

Support organizational change initiatives by providing relevant training and

communication strategies.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or

related field.

13 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR.

Experience designing and delivering training programs in a professional setting.

Instructional design or training certification (e.g., CPTD, ATD and SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
