Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Executive Senior Executive Training position. The individual will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, conducting training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to ensure alignment and adherence to training goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing training programs and conducting training sessions
• Ability to assess effectiveness of training programs and identify improvement opportunities
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with electronic items and telecommunication devices is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or related field
