Job Description:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Support and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and culture-building activities.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and support action planning.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Promote company values and enhance overall employee experience.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Maintain training records and track completion status.
  • Support learning needs identification and employee development programs.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and employee development outcomes.

Performance Management

  • Support the performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate performance-related communications and documentation.
  • Assist managers and employees with performance management processes and systems.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and employee counseling activities.
  • Foster positive employee relations and support conflict resolution initiatives.
  • Ensure timely closure of employee concerns and issues.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
  • Support HR audits and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and employee data analytics as required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support payroll inputs, employee benefits administration, and compensation-related processes.
  • Coordinate employee insurance, leave management, and benefits-related activities.
  • Assist in annual compensation review and benchmarking exercises.
  • Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain HR records required for statutory audits and inspections.
  • Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information.

HR Systems & Process Improvement

  • Ensure effective utilization of HRMS and related HR systems.
  • Maintain data accuracy and employee records within HR systems.
  • Support HR process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Diploma in Industrial Relations/Labor Laws will be an added advantage.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a multinational or service-oriented organization.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with HRMS platforms and employee databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
