Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the rental settlement process by verifying invoice accuracy and swiftly identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Process timely payments to vendors while actively monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on overdue payments
- Generate reports to identify cost irregularities
- Support the development and implementation of efficient invoice processing systems for the rental settlement process
- Manage the end-to-end equipment write-off (total loss) and reinstatement process with strict compliance to company policies
- Manage the end-to-end container asset disposal process
- Proactively participate in digital initiatives and cross-team projects aimed at automating and optimizing business processes
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or any related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the shipping industry but candidates without experience are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets to recommend actionable process improvements
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, Google Workspace and MS excel (Looker preferred, or any equivalent dashboarding software)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-tasks

- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities to independently troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows
- Possesses a strong aptitude for learning, eager to adopt new digital tools and evolving business practices
