Executive Recruiter U.S. Sales & Leadership Hiring Location: India ( US RECRUITER )

(Hybrid Gurgaon/Pune/Bangalore preferred)

Required Skills & Experience

510 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong focus on executive or leadership hiring

Proven success in Sales or GTM Leadership hiring for U.S. markets (**must-have**)

Expertise in headhunting, executive search, and passive talent sourcing

Strong understanding of U.S. sales ecosystem titles, compensation patterns, and cultural nuances

Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and CRM tools

Techno-functional hiring exposure within Digital, Data, AI, and Engineering domains preferred

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data and present insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across time zones

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or HR certification preferred Soft Skills & Behavioural Traits:

Strong executive presence and interpersonal communication

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Hunter mindset with rigor, resilience and passion for closing high-impact roles

Emotionally resilient, with the ability to stay composed and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations
