Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Recruiter to join our team. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring top sales talent for our organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving our sales team's success by identifying and recruiting candidates who possess the necessary skills, experience, and cultural fit to excel in sales roles. The Sales Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified sales candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for sales positions.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine recruitment processes, policies, and tools.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced sales-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the skills, competencies, and qualifications required for success in sales positions.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills and the ability to utilize various channels to identify and attract top sales talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
