Job Description
- Must be able to meet and greet visitors with a gracious and courteous manner Greeting all visitors and escorting to designated areas.
- May assist with meeting planning including, booking rooms, arranging for necessary equipment, creating meeting materials, ordering food.
- Assist with New Hire start-up in Red Carpet, greeting couriers and various service providers.
- Operate multi-button telephone console, type correspondence, reports, labels, contracts, as directed and manage the calendar
- Executive floor maintenance to ensure that the Lobby Reception Desk remains tidy, organised and ready for business.
- Managing expense reports, catering and/or beverages for meetings when requested.
- Answer all incoming calls for the offices main line and Senior Employees. Screens and routes phone calls and delivers accurate messages.
- Entering information into CRM database, create and maintain contact lists in a CRM.

- Must be results driven and flexible to change
- High School graduate or equivalent with knowledge of Ms Office.
- Previous reception experience (preferable)
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Telugu (preferable).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, superior attention to detail is necessary
- Minimum 1 year experience in high end reception and concierge services
- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write, and follow directions
