Qualification : 12th pass or B.com Pass.

Well versed with statutory norms including DCPR and their nuances, etc.

Well versed with AutoCAD commands.

Follow up with Lic.Architects, Various Consultants, Project co ordinators, for obtaining various remarks/ Building NOC's and Approvals for various redevelopment residential and commercial projects.

Co ordinating for various NOC's/Remarks from various department such as MCGM, CFO, EE(T&C), Civila Aviation, PR Card, CTS Plan, 7/12 extract, Garden, H.E, M &E, SWD etc.

Checking and ensuring compliance

and ensuring timely submission and process being undertaken for all projects.

Project wise Documents Compilation for Compliances.

Maintaining healthy repo with government officials.
