As a
Program Delivery Executive, you will be the face of XED for participants, faculty, and corporate partners. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of executive education programs, ensuring flawless execution, exceptional participant experience, and alignment with client expectations. This is a
customer-facing, high-touch role that blends event management, stakeholder coordination, and operational precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Planning & Coordination
- Liaise with faculty, clients, and internal teams to finalise program schedules, session formats, and logistics.
- Prepare and circulate program materials, agendas, and communications.
- On-Ground Program Delivery
- Host and manage sessions, ensuring smooth flow of events and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate venue arrangements, catering, AV setup, and other event essentials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for participants and faculty during the program.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build rapport with participants, faculty, and client representatives to ensure satisfaction.
- Capture feedback and relay insights to improve future programs.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate program documentation, attendance records, and post-program reports.
- Ensure compliance with XED's quality standards and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 25 years of experience in program/event management, hospitality, client servicing, or related fields.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Professional presence with the ability to engage senior executives and diverse participant groups.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with virtual event platforms is a plus.
