Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, analytical, and entrepreneurial Social Media Marketer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of NowFloats different products social media presence, while also supporting premium client campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring together strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and hands-on execution skills to build impactful social-first campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

This role goes beyond daily postingit requires a candidate who can combine content strategy, performance marketing, brand design, and analytics to deliver agency-level social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

A. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and premium clients to translate business goals into measurable social media objectives.
  • Build and maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and storytelling approach across all platforms.

B. Content Creation & Execution

  • Plan and manage content calendars with a strong balance of organic posts, paid ads, and community engagement.
  • Create compelling copy, captions, and scripts optimized for each platform.
  • Oversee the production of visual assets (banners, reels, stories, infographics), either hands-on or via collaboration with design partners.
  • Lead campaign ideation for product launches, customer engagement, and seasonal marketing.

C. Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Execute day-to-day posting, monitoring, and interaction across channels.
  • Actively manage and grow communities through timely responses, engagement strategies, and proactive interaction with followers.
  • Partner with customer success and content teams to ensure 360 brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.

D. Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key social KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, CAC, ROI, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data, ensuring measurable growth in engagement and brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats to keep NowFloats presence ahead of the curve.

  • Requirements & Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
    • Experience: 36 years of proven experience managing social media campaigns (agency or fast-paced brand experience preferred).
    • Strategic Skills: Strong ability to understand business goals and translate them into actionable social media strategies.
    • Content Skills: Excellent copywriting and content ideation skills with a flair for storytelling.
    • Design Skills:Excellent Visual Design Skills that ensures conversion without compromising on brand values.
    • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads), and performance marketing fundamentals.
    • Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Canva/Figma, and social listening platforms.
    • Creativity + Analytics: Ability to balance creative ideation with data-driven optimization.
    • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
