Role Overview

The Executive Chef – F&B Production will oversee all aspects of food production across the resort's restaurants and kitchens. This role demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and creativity to deliver exceptional dining experiences aligned with CGH Earth's ethos of sustainability and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Operations: Direct and supervise all food production activities, ensuring smooth operations across outlets.
  • Menu Planning: Develop menus that highlight local produce, seasonal ingredients, and sustainable sourcing.
  • Food Quality: Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene standards in line with FSSAI and international benchmarks.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of discipline, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Cost Control: Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to optimize profitability.
  • Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to personalize dining experiences and incorporate feedback.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement eco-friendly practices, minimize food waste, and promote farm-to-table concepts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 14 years in F&B production, with at least 4 years in a leadership role at a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Cuisine Knowledge: Expertise in Indian, international, and wellness-oriented cuisines.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to manage diverse teams and maintain high morale.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and guest interaction skills.
  • Innovation: Ability to introduce creative culinary concepts and elevate guest experiences.
