We are currently looking for a detailed-oriented colleague to join our Booking & Operations Team to assist our customers with their booking needs.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- As an Executive - Booking & Operations, you are responsible for the management and processing of all inbound sales and reservations inquiries from various channels and answering customer/agent inquiries.
- You will ensure that every customer who comes into contact with StayRelive receives exceptional customer service and an outstanding experience at all times meeting or exceeding set KPIs.
- You will be involved in making and amending reservations, gathering lead inquiries for the sales team, qualifying leads, confirming group reservations, closing inquiries, and reporting daily sales along with performance indicators.
- You must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills.
- Providing support to customers on any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Converting inquiry bookings into firm bookings by quality follow-up and negotiation to close sales.
- Oversee the whole booking process and be a dedicated account manager for our key clients, handling all essential inquiries in a tailored and professional manner.
- Maintain and update internal systems including DSAR, Inquiry Report, Revenue Report, and Booking MIS accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work alongside the Lead & Director Booking & Operations to review the role the department plays in supporting StayRelive's growth strategies.
- Ensure that internal systems are maintained and updated correctly and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with all colleagues, providing additional support where needed.
Qualification and Skills -
- Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in the travel industry with knowledge of the travel-trade ecosystem.
- The position requires an ambitious individual with excellent customer service skills, excellent telephone manners, and attention to detail.
- Applicants should be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts and available to join immediately.
- Preferred Qualification: Graduate, preferably from Tier I/Tier II University.
