Role Summary
- Follow up area cleaning activity and perform cleaning of Mobile LAF and CMLs.
- Preparation of buffers and filtration of buffers related to batch and updating of logbooks and log sheets.
- Performing sampling activity during batch processing and updating sampling annexures.
- Performing pH and conductivity meter calibration, filter integrity test, and updating of respective log books.
- Ensuring Raw material dispensing activity when the materials are dispensed in warehouse.
- Collection of batch records, tags, reports, protocol etc. from QA.
- Involving in all downstream unit operations.
- Handling of Cold room, Freezer, Steam sterilizer, Dry heat sterilizer, weighing balance and updating log books and log sheets.
- Participating in cGMP training, process related training, EHS training on first aid, firefighting and other safety training.
- Consolidating and organizing the executed annexures during the manufacturing activities with the respective batch records.
- Involving in all downstream unit operations.
- Coordinating with cross functional team during batch processing.

Educational Qualifications
Required Education Qualification: B.Tech
Required Experience: 0 - 3 years
