Job Summary: The Referral Sales Executive is a key member of the Cancer Center&aposs Sales and Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing a referral strategy to generate a consistent stream of patients from healthcare providers and medical practices. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, effectively communicating the center&aposs services, and achieving referral targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Referral Source Engagement:
- Identify and establish relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, medical practices, hospitals, and other potential referral sources.
- Collaborate with referral sources to understand their needs and how the Cancer Center&aposs services can meet those needs.
- Referral Generation:
- Develop and execute a strategic referral plan to increase patient referrals to the Cancer Center.
- Implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to support referral efforts.
- Networking and Events:
- Attend medical conferences, community events, and networking opportunities to build and strengthen relationships with potential referral sources.
- Represent the Cancer Center at relevant industry events and functions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze referral data to measure the success of referral efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on referral performance and trends.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Cancer Center&aposs clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create promotional materials and content.
