About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director with both professional and coordination-related tasks. This is not a conventional EA role. We are looking for someone who is smart, efficient, detail-oriented, and exceptionally strong in follow-ups and coordination — someone who can help manage schedules, ensure tasks are completed on time, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, committed, and comfortable handling a mix of office coordination, administrative responsibilities, and occasional personal assistance tasks for the MD.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the MD's schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans

● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/clients

● Ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks and deadlines

● Maintain reports, records, and important documents

● Draft emails, letters, and business correspondence

● Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination work

● Assist in office operations and communication management

● Support the MD with occasional personal coordination tasks when required

Required Skills

● Excellent follow-up and coordination skills (the most important requirement)

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

● Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

● Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

● Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

● Honest, responsible, and dependable personality

● Basic shorthand knowledge is preferred

Experience Required

● 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Admin Coordinator, or Office Coordinator

● Candidates with a stable work history will be preferred

Educational Qualification

● Graduate in any discipline

● A secretarial course/certification will be an added advantage Preferred

Candidate Profile

● Candidates living within a reasonable travel distance from the office will be preferred
