Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to the Founder who will provide administrative and communication support. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proficient in English, and able to manage LinkedIn posts/messages, schedule meetings, take meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and post on LinkedIn on behalf of the Founder, including responding to messages.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure follow-ups are executed.
- Set reminders and manage the Founders calendar efficiently.
- Handle email communication and assist in documentation.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Experience managing LinkedIn posts and professional communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:- Experience working as an EA to a senior executive.
- Understanding of the creative/design industry is a plus.
