Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to the Founder who will provide administrative and communication support. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proficient in English, and able to manage LinkedIn posts/messages, schedule meetings, take meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and post on LinkedIn on behalf of the Founder, including responding to messages.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure follow-ups are executed.
  • Set reminders and manage the Founders calendar efficiently.
  • Handle email communication and assist in documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn posts and professional communication.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working as an EA to a senior executive.
  • Understanding of the creative/design industry is a plus.
