Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director

Location: Janadhar

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Compensation: Up to 24 LPA (Based on Experience & Skillset)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director at Janadhar. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong multitasking ability, and a proven track record of managing executive schedules, communications, and key projects. This is a critical role that requires discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the Director
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with strategic tasks, research, and high-priority projects as required
  • Manage office documentation, filing, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with departments to streamline internal workflows and reporting
  • Prepare briefing materials and executive summaries when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
