Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director at Janadhar. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong multitasking ability, and a proven track record of managing executive schedules, communications, and key projects. This is a critical role that requires discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and other communications on behalf of the Director
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with strategic tasks, research, and high-priority projects as required
- Manage office documentation, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate with departments to streamline internal workflows and reporting
- Prepare briefing materials and executive summaries when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
