Executive Assistant to CEO / Prefers Gender Diversity / Strategic Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Business Support
- Support the CEO in driving business growth initiatives, performance tracking, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and financial trackers for board, EXCOM, and steering committee meetings.
- Conduct market and competitor research; prepare briefing notes for CEO's meetings with clients, partners, and investors.
- Track execution of key projects (client transitions, large-scale deployments, Capex investments, etc.) and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Executive Office Management
- Manage the CEO's calendar, optimize time allocation, and prioritize engagements.
- Draft high-quality business correspondence, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and client visits for the CEO.
- Handle sensitive and confidential business information with the highest level of discretion.
3. Leadership & Team Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the CEO's office and Functional Heads.
- Ensure effective communication across Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams.
- Follow up on CEO's directives and ensure closure with accountability.
- Support EXCOM and Steering Committee reviews by preparing action trackers, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and follow-up reports.
4.Client Handling
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 46 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or Strategy role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong business acumen, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
