Job Description Executive Assistant

Position: Executive Assistant to Director

Experience Required: 3-4 years experience required only

Location: Jagatpur, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, conferences, and client interactions.
  • Attend client and business meetings with the Director, prepare detailed meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Draft, review, and manage professional communication, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure smooth execution of Director's commitments.
  • Handle appointments, and calendar management.
  • Support in business growth initiatives by assisting with proposals, presentations, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 13 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.
  • Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable ,Confident, bold, and proactive in handling meetings, decision-making support, and client interactions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Professional appearance, Presentable, with a positive and dynamic attitude.
