Job Description Executive Assistant to CEO

Industry: Logistics & Freight Forwarding

Location: Chembur, Mumbai (Direct connectivity preferred)

Experience: 512 years (preferably from logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or allied industries)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and business initiatives.
  • Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks and decisions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Track and follow up on key action items, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support the CEO in reviewing business performance, client relationships, and operational updates.
  • Assist in research, data compilation, and preparation of management reports and presentations.
  • Represent the CEO's office professionally in meetings, conferences, and communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Management preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as Executive Assistant, EA to CEO/MD, or similar senior management role.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
