Job Description Executive Assistant to CEO
Industry: Logistics & Freight Forwarding
Location: Chembur, Mumbai (Direct connectivity preferred)
Experience: 512 years (preferably from logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or allied industries)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and business initiatives.
- Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks and decisions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational efficiency.
- Track and follow up on key action items, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support the CEO in reviewing business performance, client relationships, and operational updates.
- Assist in research, data compilation, and preparation of management reports and presentations.
- Represent the CEO's office professionally in meetings, conferences, and communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Management preferred.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as Executive Assistant, EA to CEO/MD, or similar senior management role.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
