Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage calendar with daily appointments, in-house meetings & coordinating travel requirements.
Data assortment, storage and segmenting in accordance to the managements requirement (updated spreadsheets and crafted presentations) in assisting management in making decisions and hence enhancing team efficiency.
Prepare for Periodical meeting with the President to review proposals.
Draft meeting agenda, and suggested prospect donor profile presentations at board meetings.
Monitor/Regulate all incoming issues and prioritized the plan of action.
Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) on any matter directed to the President's Office.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)

Desired Candidate Profile:
2-5 years prior experience in supporting a senior executive/ leadership team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time-management skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Organization skills
Ability to multitask
Interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
