Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative roles
  • Strong command of the full MS Office suite
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with strong decision-making skills
  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and handle confidential communication discreetly

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Plan and organise key business meetings; follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate and manage communication with global stakeholders.
  • Participate in decision-making on behalf of executives.
  • Manage executive calendars and proactively handle communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams; present updates to executives.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other business documents.
  • Organize business performance review meetings (monthly/quarterly)
  • Conduct business analysis and prepare projections as needed.
  • Research and compile data for executive presentations and board meetings.
  • Use data visualization tools and office software to prepare reports.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes; ensure follow-up on actions.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence.
  • Manage executive records, documents, and reports.
  • Host and manage visitors; prioritise executive meetings.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos and submissions and route accordingly.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
  • Perform general administrative duties (ordering supplies, maintaining records, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Administration or Management
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant
