As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Plan and organise key business meetings; follow up on action items.
- Coordinate and manage communication with global stakeholders.
- Participate in decision-making on behalf of executives.
- Manage executive calendars and proactively handle communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; present updates to executives.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other business documents.
- Organize business performance review meetings (monthly/quarterly)
- Conduct business analysis and prepare projections as needed.
- Research and compile data for executive presentations and board meetings.
- Use data visualization tools and office software to prepare reports.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes; ensure follow-up on actions.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence.
- Manage executive records, documents, and reports.
- Host and manage visitors; prioritise executive meetings.
- Read and analyze incoming memos and submissions and route accordingly.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Perform general administrative duties (ordering supplies, maintaining records, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Administration or Management
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant
