Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen and prioritize email and other communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Organize and manage expense reports and reimbursements
  • Support project tracking and coordination for executive-led initiatives
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office management

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with calendar and travel management tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Bachelors degree preferred (but not required, depending on experience)

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Experience working in [optional: startup, corporate, or industry-specific environments]
  • Event planning and coordination experience
