Roles and Responsibilities
To act as the first point of contact for the Founders proactively and promptly
reviewing and tracking incoming enquiries such as emails, invitations,
complaints, and correspondence, responding directly or advising on responses
to the Owner, providing clarity of outcomes/actions.
Manage the Founder's email inbox to ensure all important communications
are flagged and receive a response. Refer correspondence and calls to other
appropriate individuals if matters can be responded elsewhere. Disseminate
information to senior leadership and maintain a system to ensure action is
taken by senior leadership.
Managing the founders schedule, scheduling meetings, organizing travel
arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
Act as a strategic partner to the Founder by attending key meetings and
sharing minutes/action items from them. Follow through with stakeholders to
ensure the completion of the action items discussed.
Systemize and prioritize tasks for the Founder, also following through so that
the tasks are completed.
Should be high on integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in day-
to-day operations.
Creating Presentations, summary reports, and budgets as and when required
by the Founder
Skills & Qualification: -
Work experience: 5 years+
Prior work experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role would be
preferred
Knack of business understanding and have a positive and street-smart attitude
Expert user in Google Apps, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets and Docs
Good follow-through and organization skills
Excellent communications skills (Written & Verbal)
Proactive with a go-getter attitude.
Demonstrated success in a senior/executive EA capacity, ideally in a start-up
environment
Experience maintaining a strict level of confidentiality in all matters and manage
work outputs with high attention to detail
Demonstrable ability to prioritize a rapidly changing task list as well as being able
to adapt to an evolving working environment
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is
typically preferred. Significant relevant work experience as an executive assistant
or in a related role may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Well versed in Internal & domestic work culture. Habit on working in Fast paced
companies.
Certifications in executive support or administrative skills are advantageous but
not mandatory.
