Executive Assistant (EA) acts as a strategic partner to senior leaders, handling operational details and communication so executives can focus on high-level strategy. Core duties include managing complex calendars, gatekeeping inboxes, coordinating global travel, preparing briefing documents, and processing expenses.Core Roles and ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Schedule Management: Strategically blocking time for priorities, evaluating meeting requests, and resolving scheduling conflicts across multiple time zones.Communication Gatekeeping: Monitoring inboxes, drafting correspondence, and screening calls to ensure leaders are only interrupted by urgent or highly relevant information.Travel Coordination: Planning end-to-end itineraries (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport) and creating contingency plans for disruptions.Meeting & Event Coordination: Assembling meeting agendas and briefing materials, taking minutes, tracking action items, and organizing corporate events or offsites.Financial & Expense Oversight: Tracking departmental budgets, processing receipts, and compiling expense reports.Information Management: Handling highly confidential business data with strict discretion and managing digital filing systems.Special Projects: Conducting research, analyzing data, and coordinating cross-functional projects to support leadership initiatives
