Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who can augment the CEO's effectiveness by providing top-notch administrative support.

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant to CEO serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the CEO. This role requires a proactive individual who set strategic objectives and manage key initiatives effectively . The Executive Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and will be able to work under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Work closely with the CEO to manage their calendar, set appointments, and prioritize the day's schedule.
  • Executive Communications: Handle communication with internal staff and external clients on behalf of the CEO. This includes taking calls, responding to emails, and preparing communication materials.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in creating internal and external corporate documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain the CEO's computer files for easy data retrieval, and manage electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Task Follow-up: Coordinate daily schedules with the CEO and ensure follow-up on the completion of tasks and assignments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for board meetings, internal meetings, and other high-level events.
  • Travel Management: Arrange and manage travel itineraries, flights, and accommodations for the CEO.
  • Daily Operations: Support the CEO in daily operational tasks and special projects as required.


  • Minimum one-year work experience in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making capabilities.
