Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Thane (Onsite)

Shift Timing: 07:00 PM to 04:30 AM IST

Experience Required: 25 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO. This role requires someone who can manage complex schedules, coordinate high-impact tasks, maintain confidentiality, and act as a strategic partner to the CEO. The ideal candidate should be experienced in working with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to ensure optimal time management.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle email communications, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Operational Support

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating executive-level meetings and business events.
  • Support the CEO in managing key projects, tracking deliverables, and monitoring deadlines.

Confidentiality & Coordination

  • Manage sensitive information with absolute professionalism and discretion.
  • Liaise with senior leadership teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
  • Ensure seamless communication across departments on behalf of the CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting CXO-level executives (preferred).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
