Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of executive activities. This role demands professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for senior executives.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and organize emails, reports, presentations, and documents.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Track key tasks, follow-ups, and project deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
- Assist in preparing data, research, summaries, and briefing materials for decision-making.
- Manage office operations related to executive functions, including vendor coordination when needed.
- Support planning for events, reviews, and executive-level engagements.
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide ad-hoc assistance as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
