EduFund is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant reporting to the Director. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of leadership operations by managing day-to-day priorities, enabling the Director to focus on strategic initiatives. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Track key deliverables, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support in preparing board meeting materials, investor updates, and business reviews.
- Conduct research, compile data, and develop briefing notes to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist with special projects, events, and organizational initiatives as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems (both digital and physical).
Requirements
- 36 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- (Preferred) Experience in fintech, startups, or investment/financial services.
