Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant with a strong background in
marketing to support our Business Unit Head. This is a hybrid role that combines executive-level administrative responsibilities with active involvement in marketing initiatives, content creation, and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand initiatives, email campaigns, and digital strategies.
- Help track marketing metrics, campaign performance, and conduct competitor analysis.
- Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Prepare and organize briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, internal reviews, and external stakeholder engagements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Marketing role, with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of marketing, digital platforms, and branding.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
