Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant / Business Operations Executive, you'll play a crucial role in our compact team, handling essential administrative work while directly supporting our retail distribution operations. This role is perfect for someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a small business where every contribution has significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with retail clients on orders, inquiries, and relationship management
- Process purchase orders, sales orders, and track order fulfillment
- Manage task assignments and follow-ups across the team
- Handle basic accounting tasks including invoicing and payment tracking
- Assist with inventory records and stock level monitoring
- Support vendor relations and procurement processes
- Prepare business documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements with carriers
- Assist with trade show and client meeting preparations
- Handle general office management including supplies and equipment
- Support marketing efforts including maintaining product information
Skills & Qualifications
- Undergraduate required; further education beneficial but not required
- Previous experience in retail, distribution, or small business environment helpful
