Executive Assistant to CMD BioFizz AgriTech Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Reporting to: Chairman & Managing Director (CMD)

About the Role

We're looking for an Executive Assistant who is mature, sharp, and grounded someone who doesn't just take instructions but understands the gravity behind every decision. This isn't a clerical coordination role; it's about being the right hand to the CMD across multiple companies, handling priorities, and ensuring that what's decided actually gets done.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CMD's schedule, meetings, communications, and follow-ups with absolute precision.

Understand context why something is being done and act accordingly, not mechanically.

Prepare presentations, business briefs, and reports; ensure the CMD is always two steps ahead.

Track deliverables from multiple teams, CEOs, and departments and ensure timely closure.

Handle confidential matters and sensitive decisions with maturity and silence.

Anticipate needs not just react.

Be available when required; this role demands discipline, ownership, and reliability.

What We Expect

Strong communication, comprehension, and organizational skills.

The ability to multitask across business, operations, and personal schedules.

Excellent command over English (Marathi/Hindi a plus).

Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Excel, Docs, Sheets, and digital task tracking tools.

Prior experience handling top-level executives or founders.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate or Postgraduate in Management or Business Administration.

Minimum 510 years of experience as an EA, preferably with a business owner, CXO, or CMD.
