You'll work directly with the Founder-not as a conventional Executive Assistant, but as a force multiplier. Your job is to leverage AI, systems, and exceptional execution to help scale the business faster and smarter.

What You'll Own

• Lead AI implementation across every function of the business.
• Discover, test and deploy the latest AI tools, automations and workflows.
• Turn ideas into systems, SOPs, dashboards and measurable outcomes.
• Drive founder priorities from concept to execution.
• Keep the Founder focused on what matters most by ensuring everything else moves with precision.
• Work across strategy, operations, marketing, finance and special projects-no two weeks will look the same.

Location: North Goa (Candolim)

Experience: 1–3 years (Exceptional fresh graduates with a strong AI portfolio are encouraged to apply.)
