Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Event Operations Manager. In this role, the individual will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, communicating with clients and vendors, supervising on-site operations, and maintaining high-quality customer service. The Event Operations Manager will also be responsible for budgeting and ensuring operations align with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome
• Strong Operations Management and Budgeting skills
• Proven experience in Event Planning and Customer Service
• Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and vendors
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in event management is preferred
