Applies deep knowledge of one or more engineering domains to influence clients and stakeholders for achieving strategic objectives of engineering project(s)/program(s). Contributes technical expertise to the development of new products, working with cross functional teams across engineering disciplines such as, but not limited to hardware, process, software, and technology platforms and investigates technical roadblocks to help troubleshoot and drive results. Drives requirements scoping, analysis, priorities and planning including interdependencies, business and customer priorities, and schedule optimization across multiple product teams.
Exhibits knowledge of customer gaps, needs and required usages to drive teams to defining and delivering competitive products. Exercises thought leadership to innovate new processes and procedures within the engineering domain. Oversees projects and/or programs that require business acumen as well as interaction and domain knowledge in one or more engineering areas such as design, development, architecture, validation, and/or processes.

Based on experience, you will take on one or more of the following responsibilities:

- Drive delivery of the platform milestones consulting with the engineering teams - Product Kick-off, Product Concept, and Execution Commit
- Facilitate development of requirements, requests, and responses across a broad range of disciplines ranging from financial to SOC hardware, IP roadmaps, Process node development, software content, and more
- Identify and drive resolution to gaps in business unit needs across HW, SW, FW, finance, performance, schedule, etc., during the definition phases of the program.
- Drive regular forums that bring senior leaders and stakeholders together to exchange plans, status, and serve as an escalation point to resolve challenges when needed.
- Provide regular updates to multiple levels of the organization as well as to partner organizations
- Facilitates retrospectives on strategic planning, roadmap, customer, stakeholder management


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher, in Electrical or
Computer Engineering or a related field
7 to 14 yrs or more of technical program management experience managing teams from multiple organizations across geo is a must
Demonstrated acumen in managing to R and D projects
Must have prior experience of working with end customers

- As a PM your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Planning, defining multiple quarter product
roadmaps, document commitments, track progress,
communicate expected benefits, ROIs. Review and
analyze leading indicators.
- Assist in driving critical success indicators to be used
in management report outs.
- Owns and communicates the program, portfolio
vision, strategy, and purpose.
- Facilitates cross function communication,
collaboration, manages stakeholders. Works with
functional POs, dev team members

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA (in addition to the minimum requirements) and/or a PMP certification will be plus

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
