Key Responsibilities
- Preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations for HVAC projects
- Reviewing technical drawings, tender documents, and specifications
- Coordinating with suppliers for material rates and technical inputs
- Supporting the sales/project teams with technical and commercial proposals
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in estimation/costing within the HVAC industry
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and costing tools
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Self-driven and able to work with accuracy and timelines
