Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ArcGIS Developer with 610 years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying GIS-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the ESRI product suite, cloud platforms (preferably GCP), container orchestration, and backend development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade GIS applications.

GIS Development
Design and develop GIS web applications using ArcGIS JavaScript API (3.x/4.x), ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcMap.
Cloud & DevOps
Develop and deploy solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP); work on Kubernetes for container management and application scaling.
System Modernization
Lead or support the migration of legacy GIS systems to Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE); plan and execute database migrations to cloud-based environments.
Backend Integration
Develop backend services using C# .NET; integrate GIS applications with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and messaging systems like Kafka.
API Development
Build and consume RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between system components.
Client Interaction
Work closely with clients to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and present delivery roadmaps.
Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead junior developers when needed, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality GIS solutions.
Documentation & Communication
Maintain technical documentation and provide clear, concise updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Domain Expertise
Experience working on telecom-related GIS projects is a plus and will be considered favorably.
