  • Picking incidents from service now related dynamics 365 and resolving them.
  • Monitoring azure synapse pipeline . if any failure need to work on fixing them.
  • Need to create the bug/user stories for the issues reported.
  • Access management.
  • Bulk data loads on entities
  • Need to engage Microsoft support if it is a product issue.
  • Reviewing access in azure active directory.
  • Fixing the bugs related to dynamics 365
