Equity Research Analyst (Fundamental Research) - Metals, Power & Chemicals

Our Client, a Leading Financial Services company is looking out for an Equity Research Analyst - (Fundamental Research) - Metals, Power & Chemicals to be based at Mumbai.

Only candidates who can join immediately or max 15 days would be considered.

- The ideal candidate should be a CA/CFA/MBA - Finance with 4-6 years experience in Fundamental Research specifically Metals, Power & Chemicals sector.

- The individual could be from Sell Side/ Buy Side, PMS, Insurance and Global Capability Centre but experience in the Metals, Power & Chemicals is mandatory

- The Research Analyst shall track the sector on a regular basis and develop deep understanding of the sector and companies involved.

- The person shall carry out detailed fundamental analysis of the individual companies both within and outside his sector and communicate the same to the team.

- The incumbent shall meet the company management, have periodic calls with the management and prepare reports as may be required in pre-decided formats.

- The individual shall interact with the sell-side research analysts and help the fund manager in identifying and tracking the companies for the fund portfolio.

- Recommend securities for investments based on analysis carried out and also track the portfolio companies on a regular basis as may be required. Assist the fund manager in managing the portfolio as and when required by the fund manager.
